ID & Documents
The look of every official card your community issues: the State ID, the medical ID, the licences. One template set, rendered onto every card at once.
What you can change
| State / Region Name | the name across the top of every card |
| Agency / Sub-text | the line under it, e.g. DEPT. OF STATE |
| Colours | the card's palette |
| Fonts | the typefaces |
| Custom artwork | your own seal or crest, pasted in as SVG |
The preview updates as you edit, which is the only sane way to do this — a card is a visual object and the numbers mean nothing until you see them.
Where these cards show up
Not only in the wallet. The same render is what a civilian presents in-game with
/showid, and what an officer reads on screen during a stop. So a template with
low contrast or a font that is unreadable at card size fails exactly where it
matters — on somebody's screen, mid-traffic-stop, for about four seconds.
Test yours by reading it at the size it is actually shown, not zoomed in.
Custom artwork
You can paste SVG markup for a seal or crest. Keep it simple: a crest with a hundred paths renders on every card, every time one is shown, and it is being looked at for seconds at postage-stamp size. A recognisable silhouette beats a detailed one.
One template, every card
Changing the state name or the palette changes every official document already issued, because the cards are rendered from the record rather than stored as images. That is a feature — rebrand your state and every ID in the city updates — but it means there is no such thing as changing this for new cards only.
Forged documents are the exception in the other direction: those are written by players and are meant to look like the real thing. Your template is what they are imitating.
See Documents & Wallet for the player's side, and Documents & ID Checks for what an officer does with one.
