Admin Settings
Admin Dashboard Overview
The admin dashboard is where a community is configured: who gets in, what the departments are called, what the status codes mean, which laws exist. Everything in it is per community — nothing you change here touches anyone else's server.
Who can get in
Not just the owner. Three kinds of people are able to reach the dashboard:
- The community owner.
- Delegated admins — anyone holding the Discord role your community mapped
to
DELEGATED_ADMIN. - LUX staff, for support.
Access is checked live against Discord every time, so removing someone's role removes their access without anyone touching the CAD.
ADMIN SETTINGS appears on the portal for anyone who qualifies.
The navigation

Bodycam only appears if your community has it available.
Stations & Apparatus appears under CAD Configuration, after Hospitals. It sets up Station Mode for SAFR. See Stations & Apparatus.
Instance Settings
The landing page itself. It carries your community's identity — name, logo, timezone — and a few counters: whether the FiveM node is connected, how many people are registered, how many reports are archived.
The timezone is community-wide: it is the clock every unit reads and the one every timestamp is written against. Date format is not yours to set — whether dates print US or EU style is a personal per-device choice, in Your Settings.
A DEVELOPMENT tenant is labelled as such in the sidebar. Development and live communities are separate instances with separate data; a role, a status code or a penal code added to one does not appear in the other.
Copy Configuration
Copying settings between your own communities — the reason a development tenant is useful. Build the configuration on the development instance, get it right, copy it across.
Two things that need saying once
Most of these settings are load-bearing. Unit statuses drive what dispatch sees, incident types drive what a call can be, the penal code drives what a charge costs. Changing them changes what everyone in the city is looking at, live, without a restart.
Never publish your keys. The FiveM server key, the radio key and the API key all live under Server Files & Keys. They are the credentials to your community, and screenshots of that page are the most common way they leak. See Onboarding & FiveM Integration.
